Recipes!

Today we read the book Chef and discussed what the kids have tried to cook before! In small groups we got to 'somewhat' cook! We mashed already boiled potatoes with our hands! They loved it! We also broke open pea pods and counted how many peas were inside! If you counted correctly, you got to eat the peas! How fun! We also made a recipe book! The kids glued the recipes onto construction paper and the teachers tied them together! I absolutely LOVE the recipe books! Thank you so much for bringing in your favorite recipes to share with us!
