Scarecrows

We learned about scarecrows today! We read A Shy Scarecrow. We also took down our weather bear and put up a scarecrow! So instead of dressing the weather bear, we pull out a number then put that many crows on the scarecrow! In small groups we made our own scarecrows, we had scarecrows with numbers on their hats and had to put that many crows with them, and we read a book about scarecrows! While outside the kiddos decided to build their own leaf pile, they worked together really hard...and it was super cute! We also had our Star of the Week share her board and favorite items! We had another fantastic day! Ms. Ashley
