Apple Graphing

Today we tasted, colored, and graphed apples! Instead of three small groups, we had one large group! First, we tried a red, then yellow, then green apple.  Whichever apple they liked the best, they got a plain apple to color.  Then we graphed our apples! We talked about which color had the most and which had the least. Surprisingly, green was the most popular! We had some apple slices leftover that quickly got eaten as well! Everyone seemed to have a good time with apple tasting! Ms. Ashley

  1. I love it when the children chart and graph their opinions. It is a great math activity that becomes very personal, as well as visual, fine motor, community-building...I could go on and on.
