Kwanzaa!

Today we learned about Kwanzaa! We read the book K is for Kwanzaa. In small groups we cut out a kinara and glued candles onto it(green, red, and black candles in a candle holder), we weaved a mkeka (a place mat), and we made jewelry that is used for gifts during Kwanzaa! Tinsel Elfkins was found riding a dinosaur! See you tomorrow, Ms. Ashley
