Exercise and Yoga

We're learning about exercise and yoga this week! Today was a busy day! Tinsel Elfkins arrived at our school today! He's going to be watching us to make sure we're good! In small groups we made a chart on what's healthy and not healthy, we rolled a dice then did that many push ups or jumping jacks, and we painted with a ball! We also decorated our Christmas tree!
