India!

We learned about India today! In small groups we made a peacock, the national bird of India, with our hand print. We played Pachisi, a traditional board game in India. We also used Lentils to decorate a special thanksgiving surprise for parents! Ms. Stacy cooked us a delicious Indian meal for lunch, and rice pudding for snack. Our star of the week shared her board this afternoon with her mom, and they brought a super fun turkey craft for the kiddos to do! Such a fun cultural day!
