Little Red Hen

Today we read the Little Red Hen. In the book, the Little Red Hen asks everyone to help her make bread and no one helped, so she ate it by herself! In small groups we made our own bread and tried it! (Ok, well I made it at home using the same recipe that we used today because I would have taken forever to bake it!) We made Little Red Hen handprints and we put Little Red Hen's that were numbered in order. For the older kids we had the numbers in order and took some numbers away so they could figure out which were missing! Today was fun! See you tomorrow! Ms. Ashley
